The appartements downstairs may be rented together with the small studio on the top floor, this way You can have a large and independent 3-floors appartement with seaparate entrance for 10-11 persons:

-Grafenberg + Sonntagskogel.

This 'Combi-Appartement' is divided as follows (cca. 87 m2):

-Top floor: Living/bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (max. 4 persons), shower/WC, TV, kitchen, dining table, balcony.
-Middle floor: two bedrooms (double bed, two single beds, max. 4 persons), shower/WC, balcony.
-Groundfloor: Living/bedroom with sofa bed and extra bed (if needed) oder baby bed (max. 3 persons), shower, TV, kitchen, dining table, terrace.
